Before you write

  • Include your Discord username and Torn ID when they apply to your issue.
  • For deposit issues, include the Torn transfer message and approximate time.
  • For chat, ban, or self-exclusion appeals, explain what happened calmly. Abusive mail may be ignored.

Response time

This is a volunteer-run fan project. We aim to reply when staff are available, but there is no guaranteed SLA.
